Start:At the whistle, both players, A from Cone A and C from Cone C, start with a sprint.Objective of Player A:Player A sprints to Cone B, turns around it briefly, and sprints back to Cone A.Objective of Player C:Player C sprints from Cone C and tries to catch up with Player A and tag them before they return to Cone A.Rotation:Player C stays with group A, and Player A walks back to group C at a relaxed pace.
